Direct drop-off rules differ by destination. Secure the load, keep restricted materials separate and confirm item condition, hours and price. A donation center can reject an item that is not approved, clean and working; a recycling or disposal site may apply material-specific charges.

Will you disconnect my appliance or carry it out?+
Dropcurb picks up appliances that are already disconnected and accessible outside at ground level. Arrange uninstallation, utility disconnection and indoor carrying before pickup. Use a qualified professional for gas, hardwired or plumbing connections when needed. We handle loading and haul-away from the outdoor pickup spot.
Can I book if the delivery company did not take my old appliance?+
Yes. Dropcurb pickup is separate from buying or installing a replacement, so you can book removal on its own. Select the old appliance, choose a pickup day and arrange for it to be disconnected and accessible outside. If your new delivery is still ahead, confirm the retailer’s haul-away arrangements before booking a separate pickup.
Will Aurora ReStore accept a broken refrigerator?+
