Treadmill, walking pad or commercial model?
Household treadmill includes folding home models with a tall console. Choose Walking pad for a compact under-desk model, or Commercial treadmill for a large gym machine. All equipment opens those choices.
An exercise bike, elliptical or rower
Spin, upright, recumbent and air bikes all use Exercise bike, including Peloton and other brands. One elliptical includes its connected base, handles and pedals. Rowing machines and Pilates reformers have their own choices.
Weights, racks and benches
Add together the pounds of loose dumbbells, kettlebells, plates and barbells. Free weights are priced in 10 lb units, rounding the combined weight up. For example, 25 lb uses three units. Add a stand, rack or bench separately if it is going too.

Set the machine at the curb by 7 a.m. on the collection day, within four feet of the curb and clear of the garbage cart.
Get it ready
Take the machine down as far as it will come apart and keep the loose parts with it, and keep it clear of the four foot radius around the garbage cart so the truck can reach both.
Bulk items out by 7 a.m. within four feet of the curb
Bulk waste goes to the curb by 7 a.m. on the regular collection day and may be collected any time up to noon the following day. Items stay within four feet of the curb, at least four feet of clearance is left between the garbage cart and the pile, and anything set further back cannot be collected. If the pile is still out after noon the next day, report it or call 352-334-2330.

Use the weekly curbside bulk collection
A city household with furniture, mattresses, an exercise machine, a grill, large kid items, garden tools, a large outdoor item or interior do it yourself remodeling debris to clear.
Cost & conditions
No charge. Bulk waste collection is free to a home served through the city's Residential Curbside Service Program, with no appointment and no additional cost, and collection runs weekly on the regular garbage day.
Arrange it
Set the items at the curb by 7 a.m. on the collection day, within four feet of the curb and with four feet of clearance from the garbage cart.
Loose garbage, contractor waste, exterior home materials, large miscellaneous items such as pool tables and hot tubs, small items that fit the cart, gas engine equipment, car parts and tires, and hazardous products are all refused. Interior remodeling debris is capped at two cubic yards a week with no piece longer than five feet or heavier than 40 pounds.

Which option covers a Peloton, spin bike or recumbent bike?+
Choose Exercise bike for one stationary bike, including spin, upright, recumbent and air bikes. Peloton and other brands use the same stationary-bike choice. A treadmill, walking pad and outdoor bicycle are different items, so select their matching options.
How do I book free weights, a weight rack or a bench?+
