City cost & eligibility
$10 for added to the One-Bill for each bulk pickup requested in Districts 1 through 11, with no additional fee in Districts 12 through 15. Villages residents inside the five item limit, scheduling with the district number for the address. Special handling can carry an extra charge at the District's discretion.

The District may add charges for loads that exceed policy limits, need special handling or came from contractor work.

Yes. Add one Washing machine and one Dryer so both units are included in the price. They are separate items, even when you bought them as a set. If yours is a single combined unit or the machines still need to be unstacked, contact us before booking to confirm the scope.
Will you disconnect my appliance or carry it out?+
Dropcurb picks up appliances that are already disconnected and accessible outside at ground level. Arrange uninstallation, utility disconnection and indoor carrying before pickup. Use a qualified professional for gas, hardwired or plumbing connections when needed. We handle loading and haul-away from the outdoor pickup spot.
Can I book if the delivery company did not take my old appliance?+
Yes. Dropcurb pickup is separate from buying or installing a replacement, so you can book removal on its own. Select the old appliance, choose a pickup day and arrange for it to be disconnected and accessible outside. If your new delivery is still ahead, confirm the retailer’s haul-away arrangements before booking a separate pickup.
