Count each detached door panel separately. Have it removed from its hinges before pickup. A whole installed doorway or garage door is not the same item.
Toilets
Choose Toilet for an ordinary household toilet that has already been disconnected, drained and moved outside. Text a photo before booking if yours is broken or has loose sharp pieces.
Bathroom vanities
Choose the small, standard or large bathroom vanity that matches your sink cabinet. A makeup table has a separate choice. Plumbing disconnection and removal from the wall happen before pickup.

From $10 for minimum charge per load at the Recycling Center, where clean concrete is $40 per ton prorated at $10 per 500 pounds, regular construction debris is $75 per ton prorated at $10 per 260 pounds, and unpainted untreated lumber is $40 per ton. Accepted material includes concrete blocks, bricks and broken concrete free of heavy dirt and exposed rebar, drywall, glass, bagged loose insulation, metal, construction plastics, roofing without asbestos, tile and flooring without asbestos, and wood both treated and untreated. All transactions are rounded to the nearest dollar.

Get it ready
Separate clean concrete and unpainted lumber from mixed construction debris so each load is charged on the right line, bag loose insulation, and keep ammunition, asbestos, ashes, dead animals, dirt and soil, fire-damaged material, fireworks and hazardous material out of the load because the centre refuses them.
The Recycling Center charges construction material by the ton with a minimum per load, so clean concrete, unpainted untreated lumber and mixed construction debris are kept apart, and loose insulation is bagged. Electronics are weighed on arrival at forty-five cents a pound, so bringing the devices separately keeps the charge clear. Can a door, toilet and vanity go in the same pickup?+
Yes. Add each listed fixture separately and choose the correct vanity size. Each detached door panel counts as one item. The combined price appears before you book. Keep the fixtures together outside, separate from anything staying, and add a location photo on your order page.
Can construction debris go out with a Council Bluffs bulky pickup?+
No. The city states that bulky waste does not include construction and demolition debris, regular household garbage, recycling or yard waste.
