Count each detached door panel separately. Have it removed from its hinges before pickup. A whole installed doorway or garage door is not the same item.
Toilets
Choose Toilet for an ordinary household toilet that has already been disconnected, drained and moved outside. Text a photo before booking if yours is broken or has loose sharp pieces.
Bathroom vanities
Choose the small, standard or large bathroom vanity that matches your sink cabinet. A makeup table has a separate choice. Plumbing disconnection and removal from the wall happen before pickup.

City cost & eligibility
From $127 for the published minimum charge for construction and demolition material at the GFL site at 910 Saline Ct. in Urbana, which takes C&D material only with no household waste. Anyone delivering construction and demolition material, with the load limited to C&D material at the GFL site and a second option at Illini Recycling on 420 Paul Ave. in Champaign, which the City lists without a published rate.
When & how
Deliver the load to a receiving site during its business hours, since the City runs no curbside or drop off program for this material and its directory names only the two sites.
Get it ready
Keep household waste out of the load if it is going to the GFL site, which takes construction and demolition material only. Note that building materials are refused in the recycling cart, so a renovation load goes to a site or to the hauler rather than into the blue bin, and scrap metal is refused there too even though the recyclers in the directory take it separately.
Recycling takes plastics one through seven, glass, cardboard, paper, cartons and cans, and it refuses batteries, building materials, ceramic dishes, cookware, electronics, food soiled material, garbage bags, hazardous materials, light bulbs, medical supplies, scrap metal, polystyrene and window glass. Those refusals are what send a load to the collection events, to a receiving site or to the hauler.

No. The City states there is no permanent local drop off for residents, and the annual state sponsored collection event in the summer is described as the only local option, with registration required and help available on 217-403-4780. Where do tires and motor oil go?+
Neither has a standing city drop off. Tires depend on occasional county collection events or a tire retailer, and some businesses will only take them when new tires are bought there.
