Treadmill, walking pad or commercial model?
Household treadmill includes folding home models with a tall console. Choose Walking pad for a compact under-desk model, or Commercial treadmill for a large gym machine. All equipment opens those choices.
An exercise bike, elliptical or rower
Spin, upright, recumbent and air bikes all use Exercise bike, including Peloton and other brands. One elliptical includes its connected base, handles and pedals. Rowing machines and Pilates reformers have their own choices.
Weights, racks and benches
Add together the pounds of loose dumbbells, kettlebells, plates and barbells. Free weights are priced in 10 lb units, rounding the combined weight up. For example, 25 lb uses three units. Add a stand, rack or bench separately if it is going too.

City cost & eligibility
No published amount covers an exercise machine and the program does not name the category, so confirm the item and the price with LRS at 844-633-3577 or Service@LRSrecycles.com. A machine that qualifies as an ordinary bulk item would use the free weekly bulk item, while anything over 50 pounds or needing extra labor would move to a special pickup estimate.

Call LRS before the machine goes out, and if it is accepted, set it out on the regular collection day by 6 a.m.

Take the machine down as far as it will come apart, keep the loose weights with it, and expect a special pickup estimate if the machine is heavy or needs more than the usual handling.

Which option covers a Peloton, spin bike or recumbent bike?+
Choose Exercise bike for one stationary bike, including spin, upright, recumbent and air bikes. Peloton and other brands use the same stationary-bike choice. A treadmill, walking pad and outdoor bicycle are different items, so select their matching options.
How do I book free weights, a weight rack or a bench?+
