Yes. Add one Washing machine and one Dryer so both units are included in the price. They are separate items, even when you bought them as a set. If yours is a single combined unit or the machines still need to be unstacked, contact us before booking to confirm the scope.
Will you disconnect my appliance or carry it out?+
Dropcurb picks up appliances that are already disconnected and accessible outside at ground level. Arrange uninstallation, utility disconnection and indoor carrying before pickup. Use a qualified professional for gas, hardwired or plumbing connections when needed. We handle loading and haul-away from the outdoor pickup spot.
Can I book if the delivery company did not take my old appliance?+
Yes. Dropcurb pickup is separate from buying or installing a replacement, so you can book removal on its own. Select the old appliance, choose a pickup day and arrange for it to be disconnected and accessible outside. If your new delivery is still ahead, confirm the retailer’s haul-away arrangements before booking a separate pickup.
Can a microwave go beside an old washer?+
A washer may qualify for Large Item Pickup, but a microwave is an electronic item and must use the electronics route.Official guidance
Can I book a refrigerator after the refrigerant is removed?+

Does Metro collection cover my exact address and building?+
Check with Metro311 or the property manager. Large Item Pickup serves the Urban Services District; outside it, collection follows the small city or private hauler's arrangements. Shared buildings should confirm their account's appointment eligibility.Official guidance
