The load is described by phone in advance, the department prices it by the pickup truck sized load, and the material has to sit at the curb because the crew cannot come into an alley or onto the property.
City cost & eligibility
$15 per pickup truck sized load on the special load service, billed by the Owensboro Sanitation Department on the sanitation account.
