No charge. Single-family residential homes whose rubbish fee is included in the summer tax bill, placing no more than two bulk pieces a week.
When & how

Everything goes out by 7 a.m. on the collection day
Trash, recycling, yard waste and bulk items all go to the curb on the regular rubbish day, set out after 4 p.m. the afternoon before and no later than 7 a.m. on the pickup day. Mixed refuse belongs in bags or watertight containers of 32 gallons or less with tight fitting lids and handles, yard waste goes in paper bags or marked containers at least three feet from the trash, and everything at the curb has to be a size and weight one person can manage.
