An exercise bike, elliptical or rower
Spin, upright, recumbent and air bikes all use Exercise bike, including Peloton and other brands. One elliptical includes its connected base, handles and pedals. Rowing machines and Pilates reformers have their own choices.
Weights, racks and benches
Add together the pounds of loose dumbbells, kettlebells, plates and barbells. Free weights are priced in 10 lb units, rounding the combined weight up. For example, 25 lb uses three units. Add a stand, rack or bench separately if it is going too.

The City trucks are automated, so carts go out by 6:30 a.m. on the collection day with the handle facing the home, and they stay four feet away from parked cars, mailboxes, trees and other obstacles. Only the cart is emptied, so boxes belong inside it with the lid closed and anything else needs a scheduled bulky pickup.
The City holds free bulk waste drop-off days at the waste transfer station from 7 a.m. to 3 p.m. on six Saturdays in 2026. A household has to be a current City trash customer with the account in good standing, show photo ID with an O'Fallon address, unload its own items, and bring only one car, pickup or small trailer load of ten feet or less per address.
Collection runs as normal on Martin Luther King, Jr. Day, Presidents' Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Veterans Day and Christmas Eve in 2026. Service moves to the next day for New Year's Day, Thanksgiving Day, the day after Thanksgiving and Christmas Day, and the rest of that week moves forward through Saturday.
Refuse mixed with yard waste cannot be collected because yard waste is banned from landfills, and a cart with yard waste in it is not serviced at all. Yard waste is a separate optional weekly service with its own container, bag and bundle limits, and the City limits each unit to 60 pounds.

$11.48 per month for the City's standard weekly trash service, with recycling included at no additional charge. $20 per hopper space for a curbside bulky pickup, added to the bi-monthly trash bill for a resident with City of O'Fallon trash service. Non-residents who receive City trash service are billed a higher published amount per hopper space. Each item must stay under 60 pounds and fit inside the 6 foot by 3 foot by 3 foot hopper space, and appliances are handled as a separate white goods pickup.
