Garbage, recycling and yard waste carts go out after 6 p.m. the night before the collection day or by 5 a.m. the morning of collection, and come back in within 24 hours. Carts sit at least 3 feet from cars, other carts, poles, hydrants, signs, trees and mailboxes, and they never block a sidewalk or driveway.

The vehicle stops at the scale house, the load must be covered and secured, and fluids are removed from lawn equipment and tires come off riding mowers before disposal. Hazardous materials, medical waste, radioactive materials and liquid waste are refused, customers unload their own appliances, and payment is by credit or debit card or a verified disposal account because cash is not accepted.
