Cost & conditions
The city does not publish a price for the drives, and the accepted and prohibited items vary between them, so check the event flyer before loading a device.
Arrange it
Drive to the senior center hosting the event on its date and unload the items yourself, since the drives are self-service.
The drives run for a few hours on their dates only, are hosted with Rio Rancho Senior Services, and each one has its own accepted and prohibited list. Remove personal data from a device before handing it over.

Data erasure and certified data destruction are not included in Dropcurb removal. Back up the information you need, then follow the manufacturer’s sign-out and reset instructions before pickup. If a device cannot be erased or contains sensitive business information, arrange suitable data handling before giving it away.
