Spin, upright, recumbent and air bikes all use Exercise bike, including Peloton and other brands. One elliptical includes its connected base, handles and pedals. Rowing machines and Pilates reformers have their own choices.
Weights, racks and benches
Add together the pounds of loose dumbbells, kettlebells, plates and barbells. Free weights are priced in 10 lb units, rounding the combined weight up. For example, 25 lb uses three units. Add a stand, rack or bench separately if it is going too.

Metro Central takes public loads daily from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., and any curbside shipment depends on what the franchise hauler offers when asked.
Get it ready
Take the machine down as far as it will come apart and keep the loose weights with the frame, since the load is charged by weight at the transfer station. A metal frame is not on the free appliance list, so expect the garbage rate rather than the appliance line.

Metro Central on NW 61st Avenue takes general public loads every day from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., with commercial account hours earlier on weekdays. The facility is closed to the public on the Fourth of July, Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Year's days.
An uncovered load is charged a higher rate, and an uncovered load is also a littering hazard that can draw a fine. Sort clean wood, yard debris and recyclables out before arriving so they take the lower rates, and keep asbestos containing material, roofing, liquids and burnt material out of the vehicle entirely.
