$42 for for a king size mattress with box spring as an extra large bulky item up to 250 pounds, with any other mattress size including its box spring priced at 29.00 as a large item, plus the 18.00 per trip pickup fee. Any Gresham address served by one of the five permitted haulers, with the pickup booked through the company that serves the property.
