Book the unwanted bags and boxes left after packing. Choose an available pickup day before you hand back the keys, and arrange to have them outside.

Count each trash bag or filled household box. Books and media go by the box. Clothes, bedding and shoes go by the filled bag. Toys packed together have a Box of toys choice. Ask us about unusually heavy or oversized bags and boxes first.
Empty cardboard is a different choice: choose single empty boxes or tied bundles of 10 flattened boxes. Compacted bales have their own weight-based choices and require loading-dock access. A Storage bin choice covers the empty bin itself; ask us to confirm the contents if they are going too.

A refrigerator, freezer or air conditioner is collected only when the item is tagged with proof of freon removal by a certified technician. The same group appears on the refused list when the refrigerant is still in the unit.
Televisions are named in the miscellaneous group on the acceptable list, alongside large toys, basketball goals, sports equipment, bikes and children's toys. Computers, printers and other devices are not named on either the accepted or the refused list.
Construction material from a remodeling project is refused in the bulk pile, and the guideline sends the resident to Frontier for a roll-off container quote or a special pickup instead. Dirt, bricks, rock, concrete, sand and shingles are refused alongside it.
