Heavy trash from any other entity has to go to the landfill, and city crews do not collect heavy trash from businesses, churches, apartment buildings, construction sites or vacant lots. Everything must be stacked neatly in separate piles and never under low overhead utility lines or trees, on top of water lines or near water meters.
