There is no town wide furniture route in Cypress. Furniture is named in the heavy trash allowance published by the Cypress-Klein Utility District, which allows two heavy trash or bulk items per service day, and Texas Pride Disposal, the hauler that district page names, also collects bulky items such as mattresses, couches and appliances for a fee. The county facility cannot help because heavy trash including furniture is explicitly refused there.
City cost & eligibility
Two routes exist and neither publishes a price for a household outside the district allowance: the utility district that serves the address may collect two heavy trash items per service day at no published charge, and the contracted hauler quotes its own fee based bulky pickup. Confirm with the district and the hauler that serves the address before the furniture goes to the curb.

Cypress has no city collection, so the district sets the rules
Cypress is unincorporated, and curbside service comes from the utility district or municipal utility district that serves the address. The Cypress-Klein Utility District publishes garbage on Wednesday and Saturday with recycling on Saturday, backdoor service starting at 7 a.m., and a second curbside only garbage collection on Saturdays with waste out by 11 a.m. The same district now names a different hauler for trash questions than the one on its own trash procedures page, so the first call should confirm the current contractor for the address.
Household trash goes in cans between 20 and 95 gallons under 50 pounds, or in bags under 50 pounds. Yard waste is bagged or canned under 50 pounds, and branches are either in clear piles no larger than three feet by three feet by three feet or tied in bundles under four feet and 50 pounds. Heavy trash is separate, with two items per service day covering furniture, appliances, tied carpeting and bundled fencing with the nails removed, and it goes curbside rather than at the backdoor.
The county facility takes chemicals, not heavy trash
The Harris County Household Hazardous Waste Facility at 6900 Hahl Road is free to unincorporated county residents by appointment on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and the second and fourth Saturdays, and it takes paint, cleaners, garden products, aerosols, pool chemicals, automotive fluids, gasoline, batteries, mercury items, lamps, fire extinguishers, small propane cylinders, fats oils and greases and up to four tires a month. It refuses electronics, household appliances, heavy trash including furniture and construction debris, medical waste, medications and household trash.
