Household treadmill includes folding home models with a tall console. Choose Walking pad for a compact under-desk model, or Commercial treadmill for a large gym machine. All equipment opens those choices.
An exercise bike, elliptical or rower
Spin, upright, recumbent and air bikes all use Exercise bike, including Peloton and other brands. One elliptical includes its connected base, handles and pedals. Rowing machines and Pilates reformers have their own choices.
Weights, racks and benches

Every household has an assigned bulky waste collection day each month, and items too large for the trash cart go out on that day at no additional charge inside a pile no larger than six feet by four feet by four feet.
City cost & eligibility
No charge. City of Plano households inside the residential collection program, using the assigned monthly bulky waste day. There is no additional charge for a pile inside the published size, while a larger pile, an out of cycle collection or an unmanageable load has to be booked as a special paid collection.
When & how
Put the pile at the collection point no earlier than five days before the assigned bulky waste day and no later than 7 a.m. on that day. Call the city or use the interactive map to confirm the assigned day for the address.
Get it ready
Keep the pile no larger than six feet by four feet by four feet, within six feet of the alley or curb, and at least two feet from trash and recycling carts, fences, vehicles and gas meters, and keep it clear of overhead obstructions. Cut carpet and padding into small sections weighing no more than fifty pounds each, cut wood and fence sections to a maximum of six feet long by four feet wide and stack them no higher than four feet, and drain gas and oil from a lawnmower before it goes out.

The load has to be clear of obstacles because the collection is made with a boom truck.
When & how
Call Customer Service to schedule the paid collection, then keep the load clear of the fence, gas meter, mailbox, low hanging wires and anything else the boom truck needs to reach around.
Get it ready
Separate anything holding refrigerant so the environmental fee is applied correctly, keep roofing material, shingles, vehicle parts, tires, bricks, rock, asphalt, gravel, concrete, dirt, soil, sod, glass panes, doors and mirrors, compressed gas cylinders, railroad ties and hazardous waste out of the load because they are refused even on the paid route, and route contractor waste through the contractor or a permitted hauler.

Get it ready
Break the machine down as far as it comes apart, remove the weights and the console, and keep it inside the pile size limits if it is accepted on the bulky route, because an oversized or unmanageable load is refused or moved to the paid collection.
The pile may not go out more than five days before the assigned bulky waste day, and it has to be out by 7 a.m. on the day itself.
