Roofing materials and shingles, tile and laminate flooring, hazardous waste such as paint, oil, pesticides and solvents, buildings and sheds, concrete, asphalt, bricks, rocks, gravel, dirt, sand, sod and railroad ties, ceramic tile, remodeling and construction debris, glass, mirrors, windows and window frames, compressed gas or air cylinders and vehicle parts including tires are all prohibited from the bulky pile. Construction material goes in an open-top container from a city-permitted hauler who bills the resident directly.
