Count each detached door panel separately. Have it removed from its hinges before pickup. A whole installed doorway or garage door is not the same item.
Toilets
Choose Toilet for an ordinary household toilet that has already been disconnected, drained and moved outside. Text a photo before booking if yours is broken or has loose sharp pieces.
Bathroom vanities
Choose the small, standard or large bathroom vanity that matches your sink cabinet. A makeup table has a separate choice. Plumbing disconnection and removal from the wall happen before pickup.

Construction and demolition material is refused in the weekly collection, on the annual bulk pickup and at the brush drop-off, so a project load is arranged privately.
City cost & eligibility
Round Rock publishes no construction collection at all: the weekly collection refuses construction debris, concrete, dirt, rock, stone and masonry, the bulk pickup refuses demolition and construction debris, and the brush drop-off refuses demolition debris, rock and concrete. A project load goes to a private hauler or container, and the city names the county landfill for dirt, backfill and lumber.

Get it ready
Keep construction and demolition material out of the carts, off the bulk pickup and away from the brush drop-off, because all three refuse it. Trimmed lumber is the narrow exception and may go on the bulk pickup when it is no longer than four feet and every nail, staple and brad has been removed.
One free bulk pickup a year, up to five cubic yards
Since January 2025 there is no spring cleanup week, and an in-city household may schedule one free bulk pickup in any calendar year by calling Republic Services on 512-255-4980 a week before its regular collection day. The load goes out by 7 a.m. on the day set and tops out at five cubic yards, with furniture, mattresses, scrap metal, trimmed lumber and non refrigerant appliances accepted, and refrigerant appliances, televisions, tires, paint, chemicals, brush and construction material refused.
Appliances, every kind of battery, compressed gases, concrete, construction debris, dirt and rock, electronic devices, hazardous chemicals, loose brush and yard debris, propane tanks, stone and masonry, tires and wood or lumber are refused in the weekly collection. Most of them have a second route at the city drop-off or an outside program, while construction material has no city route at all.

How much does construction debris removal cost in Round Rock?+
Pricing is per accepted item. A detached door is $99 as a single item, an ordinary toilet is $79, and a small bathroom vanity is $99. Larger vanities have their own choices. Select the listed items to see the exact combined price. These prices do not cover mixed rubble or loose building materials. Loading, transportation and disposal are included; applicable sales tax appears before payment.
Can I get same-day toilet or vanity pickup in Round Rock?+
Book by 2pm at your pickup address for same-day pickup, where available. Checkout shows the dates you can choose. Arrange disconnection, removal and the move outside first, then have the fixture ready by the time in your confirmation. We text you before arrival and provide pickup photos when it is done.
Will you disconnect a sink or take a door off its hinges?+

Can I add bags of drywall, tile or other demolition waste?+
Mixed drywall, tile, concrete, lumber and demolition rubble are not accepted. This page offers pickup for the listed doors, toilets and bathroom vanities that are already removed. Do not book loose building materials as household trash bags or as an extra item. Arrange suitable disposal for those materials with your contractor or a debris specialist.
Can a door, toilet and vanity go in the same pickup?+
Yes. Add each listed fixture separately and choose the correct vanity size. Each detached door panel counts as one item. The combined price appears before you book. Keep the fixtures together outside, separate from anything staying, and add a location photo on your order page.
Where does construction debris go?+
To a private hauler or container. Who collects the trash in Round Rock?+
The City runs the program through its solid waste contractor Republic Services, which handles a bulk pickup booking on 512-255-4980, and the City's Utilities and Environmental Services department operates the drop-off sites and the household hazardous waste service and answers general questions on 512-218-5400. How do I find my pickup day?+
The City publishes a collection day lookup, and the household page also lists the pickup day by address. Garbage runs every week and recycling every other week, both on the carts out before 7 a.m. rule, and the hauler closes only on Thanksgiving, Christmas Day and New Year's Day.Official guidance
What does the service cost?+
Garbage and recycling appear as one line on the combined monthly utility bill, alongside water, wastewater and storm water, and the City publishes that line with the rest of its residential rates. What if I live in a municipal utility district?+
The free annual bulk pickup belongs to a household whose water bill comes directly from the City, so a resident inside a municipal utility district is asked to contact the district and ask whether any cleanup events are scheduled there. What do I need to bring for household hazardous waste?+
A driver's licence and either a recent City of Round Rock water bill or a voucher, and the load has to respect the monthly volume limit. Keep products in their original containers where possible, seal and label them, leave them out of bags, stand them in a box so a spill stays contained, and do not mix products together.Official guidance
