Get it ready
Wipe personal data from a computer, tablet or phone before it leaves the house, and keep the device out of the garbage and recycling containers in the meantime. Do not leave an unconfirmed device in a bulky pile, because a refused item stays with the household.
At the Biosphere, household trash and minor do it yourself repair debris are accepted from the address on the utility bill, up to two pickup truck loads per residence per week. Contractor debris needs the resident present with the bill, and waste from outside the city is unlawful.
Use a permitted, accessible outdoor spot. Arrange the move out of your home, keep shared access clear and follow your confirmation’s readiness instructions. Check with your building about access or staging limits before booking.

Operations run Monday to Saturday from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. and Sunday from noon to 4 p.m., with office hours Monday to Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. The site closes on city holidays.
