Bulk collection runs once a month for paying customers who reside inside the city limits, and the rates took effect October 1, 2025. The monthly collection is part of the paid residential service, and the published bands price the items collected in it.

Secured bundles of small shrub and tree trimmings are separate from bulk: up to four a month are free when they are no thicker than three inches, no longer than four feet and no heavier than forty pounds, two cubic yards of cut and stacked brush carry a minimum charge, and up to ten secured bags of grass or leaves a month are covered with a small charge per bag beyond that.
