No charge. City of Manassas collection customers inside the city limits, within the three-item limit for a scheduled pickup. The monthly utility-billed refuse fee funds the service.

The county landfill page lists City of Manassas residents as able to use the facility for a fee, while the county residency page describes a residential user as living in the county or the towns of Dumfries, Occoquan, Haymarket or Quantico. The city also states that household hazardous waste and electronics are not accepted there from Manassas addresses.
