Six cubic yards, one pile for brush and a dark bag rule
Bulk waste goes out after 3 PM the day before the collection day and must be at the curb no later than 7 AM, adjoining the property that generated it. Six cubic yards is the most a resident can put out in one collection day, counting bulk and vegetative waste together, and another six cubic yards can go to the Recovery Operations Center under the same eligibility. The waste has to belong to the resident and the fee has to be assessed
Bulk waste must be generated by the resident, and a current Solid Waste User Fee has to be assessed on the property before the city will collect it. Debris from anyone other than the resident, from a commercial site, from a vacant property that has been empty more than 60 days, or from a vacant lot is refused, so a load produced by a hired contractor needs a different arrangement.
