City collection The contracted program accepts household furniture in an approved curbside pile. $67 per approved pile up to 8 by 4 by 4 feet. Henrico County households with qualifying materials; additional piles and certain items cost more.

For Short Pump addresses in Henrico County, the contracted bulky-waste program and county drop-off areas are separate options. Pickup pricing depends on the pile and item; household drop-off has its own residency rules.

You can book while your items are still inside. Arrange any indoor carrying and have everything outside and accessible according to your confirmation. We load and haul it away from there. Contact us before booking if your property has restricted access.
Can I book a couch through the county program?+
