Electronics recycle free through the state E-Cycle Washington program at a registered collector, and the operator will also haul them from the curb.
City cost & eligibility
No charge. E-Cycle Washington is a free program for televisions, computers, laptops, monitors, tablets, e-readers and portable DVD players at registered collectors. Keyboards, printers, toner cartridges and cell phones are free at participating Best Buy and Staples stores. A haul from the curb is quoted separately by the operator.

Bring the covered item to a registered E-Cycle collector during its open hours, or book a curbside junk haul if you would rather not drive.
Get it ready
Wipe the personal data off phones, computers and smart televisions before anything changes hands. A location may reject a badly damaged item such as an old television with a broken cathode ray tube, so call ahead when the screen is cracked. Items outside the program can be looked up on the state hotline, and a television, computer or peripheral can also go out with the operator's junk haul for a quoted price.
Book the haul, approve the estimate, then set the load out
The operator's curbside junk haul takes most items too big for the cart, including appliances, furniture, mattresses, electronics, remodeling debris and yard waste, and it charges no minimum. The steps are to send the online request or call (360) 734-3490, approve the estimate the operator sends back, and set the items out at the scheduled time. A hot tub has to be fully drained of water and chemicals before it goes out, and the estimate is worth doing before anything leaves the house because the price depends on the load and the address.

Data erasure and certified data destruction are not included in Dropcurb removal. Back up the information you need, then follow the manufacturer’s sign-out and reset instructions before pickup. If a device cannot be erased or contains sensitive business information, arrange suitable data handling before giving it away.
