Broken furniture, household trash, listed appliances and household electronics; eligible City accounts may bring household construction debris through paid disposal.
Bring current City solid-waste bill and photo ID; the account holder or authorized user brings material from that residence. No county-island, business or contractor loads. Multi-family residents have separate documentation, charges and material restrictions. Separate recycling and unload your own load.
Thursday-Monday, 8 a.m.-4 p.m. Summer hours are 6 a.m.-2 p.m. from the Thursday after Memorial Day through the Sunday before Labor Day. Closed Tuesdays, Wednesdays and City holidays.

Can I book a pickup for today?+
Book by 2pm at your pickup address for same-day pickup, where available. Choose from the dates shown at checkout. Your booking is for a pickup day, and we text you when your hauler is on the way.
Do my items need to be outside when I book?+
You can book while your items are still inside. Arrange any indoor carrying and have everything outside and accessible according to your confirmation. We load and haul it away from there. Contact us before booking if your property has restricted access.
Can I set out a mattress without calling?+
Schedule first and ask for mattress acceptance, wrapping and heavy-item instructions before moving it.Official guidance
