Self-haul loads of construction and demolition debris, landscape debris and other trash, plus single items such as mattresses, box springs and tires that are priced in the published weight bands.
Every load is weighed and charged at the scale house before unloading. Material rated by weight carries a 1 ton minimum, clean concrete, dirt, rock and green waste are rated separately from trash, and mixed construction loads need processing with diversion for the lower rate. The published sheet names mattresses and tires as single items, so confirm a cooling appliance before hauling one in. The city lists the public dump gate as Gate 4 while the hauler lists its scale house at Gate 5, so follow the posted signs at the entrance.
Monday to Friday 6 a.m. to 6 p.m., and Saturday from 7 a.m. to 4 p.m. at the hauler's scale house, while the City lists Saturday opening at 6 a.m., so confirm the opening before a Saturday trip.
