Treadmill, walking pad or commercial model?
Household treadmill includes folding home models with a tall console. Choose Walking pad for a compact under-desk model, or Commercial treadmill for a large gym machine. All equipment opens those choices.
An exercise bike, elliptical or rower
Spin, upright, recumbent and air bikes all use Exercise bike, including Peloton and other brands. One elliptical includes its connected base, handles and pedals. Rowing machines and Pilates reformers have their own choices.
Weights, racks and benches
Add together the pounds of loose dumbbells, kettlebells, plates and barbells. Free weights are priced in 10 lb units, rounding the combined weight up. For example, 25 lb uses three units. Add a stand, rack or bench separately if it is going too.

Furniture, mixed loads, yard waste and construction debris are 104.03 per ton or 5.20 for every 100 pounds, with construction debris and chemically treated wood taken at the West Pasco facility only. A refrigerator or air conditioner is 3.00, residential metal is free unless mixed, car and pickup tires are 2.00 each, truck and semi tires 10.00 each, a load over ten tires or any other tire 200.00 per ton, and up to eight bags of household trash a day are free. A tare weight fee of 2.00 applies.
Arrange it
Use the West Pasco Resource Recovery drop off at 14606 Hays Road in Spring Hill or the East Pasco Transfer Station at 9626 Handcart Road in Dade City, Monday through Saturday from 7 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., with proof of residency.
Waste from outside Pasco is refused, the East Pasco Transfer Station takes no commercial waste and limits tires to two a day, construction debris and treated wood are West Pasco only, and a mattress or an exercise machine is not named on the price list so it has to be confirmed at the scale house.
Wesley Chapel is unincorporated Pasco County, so a household contracts its own licensed hauler for twice a week garbage and weekly recycling and either asks that hauler for large item help or drives the load to a county facility. The two county sites are the West Pasco Resource Recovery citizen's drop off at 14606 Hays Road in Spring Hill and the East Pasco Transfer Station at 9626 Handcart Road in Dade City, both open Monday through Saturday from 7 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. with proof of residency and no waste from outside Pasco.
