At the Blalock Road recycling center, open Tuesday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. and Saturday from 8 a.m. to noon, closed Sunday and Monday. The Hobgood Park location takes single stream recycling and glass only, so no electronics go there.

Take the device to Blalock Road rather than setting it at the curb, and keep tube televisions and CRT monitors out of the load because the center refuses them along with light bulbs of any type. Its Hobgood Park location takes single stream recyclables and glass only, and both sites refuse motor oil, antifreeze, tires, light bulbs, unbagged trash and construction waste.

Do you erase data from old computers?+
Data erasure and certified data destruction are not included in Dropcurb removal. Back up the information you need, then follow the manufacturer’s sign-out and reset instructions before pickup. If a device cannot be erased or contains sensitive business information, arrange suitable data handling before giving it away.
