Treadmill, walking pad or commercial model?
Household treadmill includes folding home models with a tall console. Choose Walking pad for a compact under-desk model, or Commercial treadmill for a large gym machine. All equipment opens those choices.
An exercise bike, elliptical or rower
Spin, upright, recumbent and air bikes all use Exercise bike, including Peloton and other brands. One elliptical includes its connected base, handles and pedals. Rowing machines and Pilates reformers have their own choices.
Weights, racks and benches
Add together the pounds of loose dumbbells, kettlebells, plates and barbells. Free weights are priced in 10 lb units, rounding the combined weight up. For example, 25 lb uses three units. Add a stand, rack or bench separately if it is going too.

Groot Industries at (847) 734-6400 removes one bulky item at no charge with advance scheduling, collects white goods at 38.61 dollars per item, takes up to one cubic yard of bagged or bundled construction debris at no charge, and runs the yearly free curbside electronics pickup for up to six items. Hazardous waste cannot go at the curb and instead goes to the free Illinois EPA collections that the regional agency lists, and larger construction loads need a roll-off container arranged through a rental company.
