Appliances are excluded from the bulk route, and so are the items banned from direct landfill disposal such as tires, car batteries, televisions and electronic waste. Reporting the items to Groot on (630) 892-9294 before the collection day is part of all three routes.

Dropcurb starts outside. Arrange for the sofa to be moved through the apartment and down interior stairs before pickup. We load and haul it away from an accessible outdoor spot. Arrange any dismantling needed to get it outside beforehand.
