Bel Air South uses Harford County private collection arrangements, not the Town of Bel Air municipal pickup program. Resident self-haul at Harford Waste Disposal Center uses published vehicle charges. A truck and loaded trailer are billed separately. Home collection is priced separately by your collector.

Only wishlist furniture approved by the donation coordinator. Upholstered furniture and mattresses require photos and advance approval.
Volunteer pickup is limited to Harford County. Approved items must be outside in front of the home or in a garage; volunteers cannot enter. Confirm the current wishlist and exact item before moving it. This is not a disposal service.
Request a pickup date. The provider posts a typical 1-2 week volunteer waitlist, updated June 2, 2026; timing depends on volunteers and capacity. Confirm onsite delivery hours separately.
No charge. Approved wishlist donations collected by Fresh Start volunteers in Harford County. A monetary contribution is requested. Separate ReSupply pickup has its own provider-set price.

Can I book a pickup for today?+
Book by 2pm at your pickup address for same-day pickup, where available. Choose from the dates shown at checkout. Your booking is for a pickup day, and we text you when your hauler is on the way.
Do my items need to be outside when I book?+
You can book while your items are still inside. Arrange any indoor carrying and have everything outside and accessible according to your confirmation. We load and haul it away from there. Contact us before booking if your property has restricted access.
Does Bel Air South use the Town’s Wednesday bulk route?+
Harford Waste Disposal Center takes resident furniture and mattresses as charged trash. The published charge depends on the vehicle; a pickup and loaded trailer are charged separately. The facility price does not include home collection.Official guidance

Harford Waste Disposal Center applies a per-item charge to refrigerators, freezers, air conditioners and dehumidifiers.
