When & how
Book the pickup in the CoMo Recycle and Trash app or call 573.874.2489, and put the furniture at the curb by 7:30 a.m. on the scheduled collection day.
Get it ready
Keep the furniture out of the roll cart and off the street, leave 8 feet of clearance from other objects and 3 feet from the roll cart on a shared refuse day, and keep building material, felled trees, large automobile parts and hazardous materials out of the pile because those are prohibited.
Everything goes in the roll cart, out by 6:30 a.m. and back by 10 p.m.
All refuse goes in the city-provided roll cart with the lid closed, an overflowing cart is not emptied, bags left on the curb are not picked up, and only regular household trash and yard waste belong in the cart. Carts go to the curb no earlier than 4 p.m. the day before the collection day and no later than 6:30 a.m. on the collection day, and they come back in no later than 10 p.m. that day. The carts are city property assigned to the address and carry barcodes.

How do I book a sectional for removal?+
Open Sectional in the sofa choices, count its structural sections, and select any sleeper or reclining feature. Count the sections with their own bases, not loose cushions. The matching catalog choice covers one complete sectional of that configuration. Text a photo before booking if you are unsure.
Will you carry my couch out of my apartment?+
Dropcurb starts outside. Arrange for the sofa to be moved through the apartment and down interior stairs before pickup. We load and haul it away from an accessible outdoor spot. Arrange any dismantling needed to get it outside beforehand.
Do I need to wait at home for couch pickup?+
You do not need to be home when your booked sofa is outside and accessible. Add photos and pickup-location notes to your order so the right pieces are easy to identify. We send updates and completion photos. Confirm any building access restrictions with us before booking.
Does Columbia collect furniture at the curb?+
