Choose the table, then add each chair separately. Coffee tables, side tables and dining tables have their own options. A large or substantially heavy table has a different choice.

Match the dresser’s overall size. Add a separate dresser mirror as its own item if it is leaving too. Empty drawers and keep the belongings you want before moving the dresser outside.
Desks and bookshelves
Choose by construction, not height alone. A basic desk is different from a heavy desk with a substantial body. A tall, lightweight bookcase can still be a standard bookshelf. Empty it first.

Furniture is bulky material at the curb inside the same three cubic yard allowance, and the hauler asks for 48 hours notice so the collection can be flagged before the truck arrives.
City cost & eligibility
No charge. The three cubic yard curbside allowance is included in the city refuse utility, and the resident is only billed when a load exceeds it. Extra material can also be bagged or placed in another can as long as the city container is full.
When & how
Give the hauler 48 hours notice at 1-800-828-8171, then set the furniture out with the containers on the regular collection day, no earlier than 6 p.m. the day before.
Get it ready
Keep the piece out of the street and leave the containers at least three feet apart with the wheels toward the house. Tie or cover anything loose so it does not scatter, and keep refused material such as paint, oil and liquids out of the pile.
Out after 6 p.m. the night before, in by 6 p.m. the day after
Nothing goes to the curb before 6 p.m. on the day before the scheduled pickup, and containers come back in no later than 6 p.m. the day after. Containers stay out of the street, sit at least three feet apart, and face the house with the wheels toward it.
Up to three cubic yards of material may be placed at the curb with the city containers at no extra charge, and anything beyond that amount is removed and charged to the resident. Extra material can be bagged or placed in another can while the city container is already full, and all household refuse has to be bagged inside the container.
Mattresses, furniture and other bulky pieces need the hauler told by phone or through its online service form at least 48 hours before the regular collection. The hauler also takes six cans or bags of ordinary trash a week, each weighing no more than 50 pounds.

Book by 2pm at your pickup address for same-day pickup and choose from the dates shown at checkout. Arrange to have the furniture outside according to your confirmation. You receive a text when your hauler is on the way and photos after collection.
Will you remove furniture from inside my apartment?+
Dropcurb starts outside. You arrange indoor carrying, including any interior stairs or elevator trip. We load and take away the furniture from an accessible outdoor location. Check your building’s rules and plan the route out before booking.
Can you take several different furniture items in one pickup?+
Yes. Add each piece and its quantity to one booking. A dining table and four chairs are five items; a separate mirror is not included with a dresser. You can mix eligible items from different rooms and review their combined total before paying.
