Match your item

Construction cleanup starts with the right items.

We currently accept the doors, toilets and bathroom vanities listed here, already detached and ready outside. Choose each item separately. Mixed drywall, tile, concrete, lumber and demolition rubble are not accepted, including in bags.

Doors

Count each detached door panel separately. Have it removed from its hinges before pickup. A whole installed doorway or garage door is not the same item.

Toilets

Choose Toilet for an ordinary household toilet that has already been disconnected, drained and moved outside. Text a photo before booking if yours is broken or has loose sharp pieces.

Bathroom vanities

Choose the small, standard or large bathroom vanity that matches your sink cabinet. A makeup table has a separate choice. Plumbing disconnection and removal from the wall happen before pickup.

Construction and renovation debris

Not on the regular city route

Construction debris is on the Convenience Collection Center's not accepted list, so it cannot be dropped at the drive-through. The city publishes a separate roll-off container service rate schedule for project work, which is the route to arrange with the utility.

City cost & eligibility
The center refuses construction debris, listing it with hazardous waste, ammunition, explosive materials, medical waste and non-recyclable commercial waste, so there is no drive-through rate for renovation material. The city does publish a roll-off container service rate schedule for construction work, which the trash page links, and the residential rate schedule prices a special collection at 25 dollars per two cubic yards for eligible material, so the honest instruction is to call (405) 742-8245 and arrange the roll-off or the special collection before a project load is generated.
When & how
Arrange the roll-off or special collection with the utility before the work starts, since the center will not take the material on any day.
Get it ready
Keep construction material out of the trash cart, the recycling cart and the yard waste stream, keep it away from the center where it is refused, and separate wood and carpet if they are being taken to the center, because those have their own small, medium and large fee bands while construction debris does not.

What the drop-off center requires and refuses

The Convenience Collection Center is a staffed drive-through and it is not open to every load. Residents must bring a City of Stillwater utility bill issued within the last three months and identification whose last name or address matches the bill, and trailers are prohibited. The center refuses ammunition, construction debris, hazardous waste, explosive materials, items prohibited by law, medical waste and non-recyclable commercial waste, which is why renovation material and household chemicals have to be handled another way. It also sets the rules for what it does take: yard waste is limited to one load a day of no more than 120 cubic feet with limbs under eight feet, tires are limited to two a day without rims, an appliance containing refrigerant must be purged with a certification sticker affixed, sharps must arrive in a medical sharps container, and as of May 1, 2026 liquid latex paint is no longer accepted and paint must be dried before it goes into the trash cart.

Taking it somewhere yourself?

Stillwater's waste service is a city utility, and it publishes both the curbside and the drop-off price for large items, which makes the choice straightforward. Inside the city limits the monthly rate runs from 17.36 for a 35 gallon cart to 23.11 for 96 gallons and includes weekly trash, weekly single-stream recycling, glass recycling on the first collection day of the month, weekly yard waste, curbside Pay-As-You-Throw bags and access to the Convenience Collection Center, with no service in the weeks of New Year's, July 4th, Thanksgiving and Christmas and a one day delay in those weeks. For a large item a household can call 405-742-8245 to arrange a curbside bulk pickup at 25 dollars per item, or 25 dollars per two cubic yards for a larger pile, and can also book up to two free move-in or move-out cleanups of 20 bags or boxes in a 12-month period. The alternative is the drive-through Convenience Collection Center at 807 S. Perkins Road, open Tuesday to Friday 10 am to 6 pm and Saturday 8 am to 4 pm, where furniture costs 10, 15 or 20 dollars by size, electronics 5, 10 or 15 dollars, any television or monitor 25 dollars and any mattress 10 dollars, while metal appliances including microwaves, tires at two a day without rims, scrap metal, car and rechargeable batteries, antifreeze, cooking oil, sharps and clothing are free. The center requires a current utility bill and matching identification, prohibits trailers, needs an appliance with refrigerant to be purged with a certification sticker, and refuses construction debris and hazardous waste, so renovation material goes through the city's roll-off container service and household chemicals have to be checked with the utility, especially since liquid latex paint stopped being accepted on May 1, 2026 and must be dried before it goes into the trash cart. City trash and recycling page describing municipal collection, the services included in the monthly city rate inside and outside city limits, the holiday delays, the free move-in and move-out cleanup of 20 bags or boxes twice a year, the bulk item pickup service for furniture, appliances and electronics by arrangement, the 15 dollar extra cart service, the latex paint notice and the utility contact detailsCity residential utility rate schedule for 2026 through 2030 with the cart rates inside and outside city limits, the other residential service fees, the multi-family rate, and the bulk collection lines pricing bulk collection at 25 dollars per item, the special collection fee at 25 dollars per two cubic yards and the move-in and move-out cleanup at no chargeCity Convenience Collection Center page describing the staffed drive-through service, the proof of residency requirement and the prohibition on trailers, the free item list including yard waste, two tires per day without rims, metal appliances including microwaves with the refrigerant purge and sticker condition on refrigerators, antifreeze, cooking oil, car and rechargeable batteries, scrap metal, sharps and clothing, the refused list including construction debris and hazardous waste, the fee list, and the address, phone number and hoursCity Convenience Collection Center rate schedule for 2026 with the motor oil, antifreeze, garbage bag, furniture, electronics, bulb, television and monitor, latex paint, wood, carpet, mattress and blue bag feesCity collection schedule page publishing the residential collection map and the 2026 waste management collection schedule as documents and telling residents on a service border to call to verify their service date

Before you book

A few things
worth knowing.

Construction debris removal, from choosing your item to pickup day in Stillwater.

How much does construction debris removal cost in Stillwater?

Pricing is per accepted item. A detached door is $99 as a single item, an ordinary toilet is $79, and a small bathroom vanity is $99. Larger vanities have their own choices. Select the listed items to see the exact combined price. These prices do not cover mixed rubble or loose building materials. Loading, transportation and disposal are included; applicable sales tax appears before payment.

Can I get same-day toilet or vanity pickup in Stillwater?

Book by 2pm at your pickup address for same-day pickup, where available. Checkout shows the dates you can choose. Arrange disconnection, removal and the move outside first, then have the fixture ready by the time in your confirmation. We text you before arrival and provide pickup photos when it is done.

Will you disconnect a sink or take a door off its hinges?

The fixture must already be detached, disconnected and accessible outside at ground level. Arrange plumbing, electrical work, removal from walls or hinges, and indoor carrying before pickup. Dropcurb handles loading and haul-away from your outdoor pickup spot.

Can I add bags of drywall, tile or other demolition waste?

Mixed drywall, tile, concrete, lumber and demolition rubble are not accepted. This page offers pickup for the listed doors, toilets and bathroom vanities that are already removed. Do not book loose building materials as household trash bags or as an extra item. Arrange suitable disposal for those materials with your contractor or a debris specialist.

Can a door, toilet and vanity go in the same pickup?

Yes. Add each listed fixture separately and choose the correct vanity size. Each detached door panel counts as one item. The combined price appears before you book. Keep the fixtures together outside, separate from anything staying, and add a location photo on your order page.

Will the city take construction debris?

Not at the Convenience Collection Center, where construction debris is on the not accepted list alongside hazardous waste and medical waste. For project work the city publishes a roll-off container service rate schedule and the residential rate schedule prices a special collection at 25 dollars per two cubic yards, so the route is to call the utility on 405-742-8245 and arrange the container or the special collection before the material is generated.Official guidance
