A few pieces, one pickup
The desk you no longer use. The dresser that doesn’t fit the new layout. The chairs left over after a move. Choose the pieces you’re done with and give them a pickup day, without arranging a quote visit.
Add each furniture item and its quantity. See the combined price before you pay, with loading, transportation and disposal included.
Book by 2pm at your pickup address for same-day pickup, or choose a future date at checkout. You arrange the move outside before pickup.
Get a text when your hauler is on the way and photos when the pickup is done. With everything outside and accessible, you don’t need to stay home.
Choose each piece
You don’t need to guess how much space your furniture fills in a truck. Match each piece to the catalog, then add its quantity. Your total updates as you go.

Match the dresser’s overall size. Add a separate dresser mirror as its own item if it is leaving too. Empty drawers and keep the belongings you want before moving the dresser outside.
Choose by construction, not height alone. A basic desk is different from a heavy desk with a substantial body. A tall, lightweight bookcase can still be a standard bookshelf. Empty it first.
First item / additional item
The highest first-item price applies once. Every remaining item uses its additional-item price. Loading, transportation and disposal are included. Applicable sales tax is shown before payment.

The weekly service takes what fits in the cart, and nothing in the ruled sheet or the hauler's rates promises a routine bulky item pickup, so a couch is not a curbside item. The two published routes are the city cleanup, where three single items come off at the drop off twice a year, and a Metro transfer station, which charges furniture by weight with the rest of the solid waste load.
The city cleanup is the piece of the system that behaves like a bulky item service: twice a year, residents with a current Waste Management account can put out up to six extra bags of 32 gallons or less on the regular collection day at no extra charge, and the same cleanup includes a bulky drop off where three single items come off free.
The handoff matters
The city rate sheet prices carts, bags and bundles rather than bulky items, so the weekly collection takes what fits in the subscribed container and nothing larger. Extra household garbage at the curb is priced per can or bag, and the twice yearly cleanup is the one time extra bags come off without a per bag charge.
