Household treadmill includes folding home models with a tall console. Choose Walking pad for a compact under-desk model, or Commercial treadmill for a large gym machine. All equipment opens those choices.
An exercise bike, elliptical or rower
Spin, upright, recumbent and air bikes all use Exercise bike, including Peloton and other brands. One elliptical includes its connected base, handles and pedals. Rowing machines and Pilates reformers have their own choices.
Weights, racks and benches
Add together the pounds of loose dumbbells, kettlebells, plates and barbells. Free weights are priced in 10 lb units, rounding the combined weight up. For example, 25 lb uses three units. Add a stand, rack or bench separately if it is going too.

City cost & eligibility
No charge. Included with the residential franchise service, once a month per household, up to six cubic yards with each item under 150 pounds and containerized household debris within the published box and weight limits. Items outside the bulk category need a special collection arranged with the operator, which carries an additional charge.
When & how
No call is needed for the monthly collection. A Monday trash day gives the first Saturday of the month, Tuesday the second, Wednesday or Thursday the third, and Friday the fourth, and items go out by 7 a.m. on that Saturday.

Get it ready
Describe the machine and its weight when you call, take it down as far as it will come apart, remove any console or battery pack, and keep the pieces under the 150 pound per item limit.
Trash is weekly and recycling and compost run on the same day, with recycling every other week. Carts go out no later than 7 a.m. for a pickup window between 7 a.m. and 7 p.m., at least three feet apart and three feet from mailboxes, cars, fences, gas meters and drainage ditches, with 16 feet of clearance above the cart and the wheels facing the residence. Carts come back inside or behind the front building line within 24 hours.

Allen's curbside system covers most of a clean-out. Trash is weekly in a 95-gallon cart with bags inside and the lid closed, recycling is every other week and compost every week on the same day, and loose brush can be scheduled once a month up to three cubic yards by calling the operator by noon Tuesday.
