Mattress Removal
View →Mattresses and box springs are banned from the 95-gallon cart and have to wait for your assigned bulky day. $94 to curb a single mattress, same-day before noon — common in the high-turnover rentals near TAMU and Blinn.
Couch Removal
View →Sectionals, recliners, and sleeper sofas from Boonville Road family rooms and Harvey Mitchell Parkway apartments. $79 curbside, no in-home estimate, picked up by tonight when you book before noon.
Furniture Removal
View →Couches, dressers, dining sets, bed frames from Historic Downtown rentals, RELLIS-adjacent student housing, and Lake Bryan homes. Bryan's once-a-week Brush & Bulky route skips anything within 5 feet of a fence or hydrant — curb it with Dropcurb at $79 and a hauler pulls it same-day, by tonight, photo by text.
Appliance Removal
View →Fridges, washers, and A/C units. Bryan tacks a CFC-certification fee on appliances with refrigerant unless they're pre-evacuated, and Twin Oaks adds $11 per freon unit at the gate. Dropcurb takes fridges and washers at $134 with EPA-compliant recycling routing built in.
TV Removal
View →Same-day TV pickup and certified recycling from $79.
Construction Debris Removal
View →Construction debris in Bryan runs straight into Bryan Code §102-23. Bryan's Solid Waste division (1111 Waco St.) runs Brush & Bulky once a week on each address's assigned Monday-through-Friday route day, by 7 a.m. (6 a.m. June through August), staged no sooner than 48 hours ahead, with a 5-foot clearance from fences, mailboxes, parked cars, fire hydrants, and utility meters, brush and bulky in separate piles, and a 22-cubic-yard / one-truckload-per-week cap per residence (per bryantx.gov / Brush & Bulky Trash Collection). But the city's banned-items list is explicit: 'Unused construction and demolition materials from projects such as landscaping, remodeling, and sidewalk and driveway improvements' and 'Concrete, brick or rock' are off the route under any circumstance (same source, citing Bryan Code §102-23). Drywall sheets from a Historic Downtown kitchen refresh, the broken vanity slab from a Boonville Road corridor bathroom tear-out, the scrap lumber stack from a Lake Bryan deck rebuild, the asphalt-shingle tear-off from a Harvey Mitchell Parkway re-roof, the concrete from an Earl Rudder Freeway corridor driveway saw-cut — set any of it next to the bulky pile on collection day and the crew leaves a door-hanger explaining the refusal and rolls past. There is no curbside C&D lane in Bryan. The city-sanctioned self-haul outlet is BVSWMA Twin Oaks Landfill at 2690 State Highway 30, Anderson, TX 77830, about 16 miles east of downtown Bryan via SH 30 in Grimes County. Twin Oaks is a Type I MSW landfill operated by the Brazos Valley Solid Waste Management Agency, a Bryan and College Station joint venture; main line. Gate hours are Monday through Friday 7 a.m. to 5 p.m., Saturday 7 a.m. to 1 p.m., closed Sunday (per Twin Oaks Landfill / Hours and Rates). Gate rates effective 10/1/2024 are $30/ton MSW with a $3 minimum — standard C&D loads (drywall, lumber, flooring, fixtures, mixed remodel debris) tip at this rate. Hard-to-handle material like bulk railroad ties, landscape timber, bulk concrete poles, or utility poles tips at $50/ton with a 1-ton minimum. Freon units carry plus $11 per unit on top of the standard tipping rate; uncovered or unsecured loads add $30; equipment assistance runs $25 to $50; clean-up fee is $20 (same source). BVSWMA announced in July 2024 that City of Bryan and College Station trucks and residents would be exempted from tipping fees at Twin Oaks, projecting roughly $6 million in combined annual savings (per Waste Advantage Magazine, July 26, 2024; per KBTX, July 26, 2024) — the 10/1/2024 rate sheet still publishes the $30/ton tier at the scale house. For anything bigger than a pickup load, the in-market roll-off lane is the city's permitted-roll-off list. The City of Bryan does not run a roll-off program itself; it permits a defined list of private providers — Pronto Services online, BVR Waste and Recycling online, Texas Commercial Waste online, Drop and Go Dumpsters online, and Maroon Dumpsters online (per bryantx.gov / Permitted Roll-Off Providers). Container pricing is quoted by load size and rental window at booking; contact the providers directly for current Brazos Valley rates. The BVSWMA Composting Facility at 7700 W. State Highway 21, Bryan 77807,, takes clean wood, brush, and yard waste on a lighter-tip stream — relevant when a remodel cleanout mixes lumber and yard debris and the clean-wood fraction is worth separating from the concrete and drywall load. The national full-service haulers do not solve the problem on a Bryan C&D load either. 1-800-GOT-JUNK lists a $150-plus minimum, mandatory on-site estimate, and no published online price; heavy material (concrete, brick, dirt, tile) caps at roughly a half-truck per visit, which pushes a real remodel load above the floor fast (per 1800gotjunk.com). The Junkluggers of Brazos Valley online is the franchise tier active in Bryan and explicitly markets construction-debris haul-off — 'drywall, lumber, flooring, cabinets, countertops, fixtures, and packaging debris' (per junkluggers.com / Bryan) — but pricing is $200 to $600-plus, volume-based, with a free on-site estimate required before the truck quotes, and donation-first routing makes a clean C&D load a marginal fit. Stand Up Guys does not operate a Bryan or College Station service area at all (per standupguys.biz / Locations). The local independent tier — BCS Junk Removal at a $100 minimum and $600 for a full 15-yard haul-off (per bcsjunkremoval.com), Waste Kings Junk Removal as a Bryan/CS demolition and C&D contractor (per kingsofwaste.com), Straight and Narrow LLC as a College Station-based photos-for-quote operator serving Bryan/CS (per straightandnarrowllc.com), plus the Aggieland Disposal, S & B Junk Removal Solutions, Hernandez Junk Solutions & Dumpster Rentals, and Junk and Recycling Professionals roster in the Bryan Yelp results (per yelp.com / Bryan Junk Removal) — quotes light-C&D loads roughly $70 to $350 by phone, sometimes the cheapest single line in Brazos County, but with no online booking, no published per-item rate, no insurance trail, and no photo confirmation when the curb is clear. Dropcurb does not haul construction debris. We do not take drywall, concrete, stone, tile, brick, rebar, masonry, dirt, sand, scrap lumber, or asphalt shingles — those still route through Twin Oaks Landfill within the Monday-through-Saturday gate window, a roll-off from one of the five city-permitted providers, or a national franchise willing to absorb a C&D-loaded truck. Where Dropcurb fits a Bryan remodel cleanout is the soft fraction the dumpster did not need: the old kitchen cabinets pulled off the wall in a Historic Downtown refresh and staged at the curb ($79 each), the vanity carcass from a Boonville Road corridor bathroom redo ($79), the dead fridge the contractor pulled out ($134 flat, with the $25 refrigerant recycling fee already baked into the per-item price), the washer the plumber disconnected ($134), the dresser from the bedroom being repainted ($79), the mattress from the guest room cleared during the project ($94), the TV pulled off a wall mount before the drywall came down ($99, with the $20 e-waste recycling fee baked in), and the couch the contractor was using as a drop cloth ($79). One booking, one ticket, one photo confirmation by text when the curb is clear, across the 77801, 77802, 77803, 77807, and 77808 ZIPs from the Historic Downtown core north of Texas Avenue to the RELLIS Campus build-out on the west side, Lake Bryan in the northwest, and the Boonville Road, Harvey Mitchell Parkway, and Earl Rudder Freeway corridors. The pressure stacks where Bryan's housing stock and remodel cycle do. The city is 87,939 residents on the 2024 ACS, up from 83,980 at the 2020 decennial — roughly 4.7 percent growth in four years (per datausa.io / Bryan, TX; per Wikipedia / Bryan, Texas). Median household income is $59,289 in 2024 (up 4.27 percent year over year), median age is 32, homeownership runs 50.9 percent with the balance in a large student-adjacent rental segment tied to Texas A&M, Blinn, and the TAMU System RELLIS Campus, and median property value is $227,800 — up 8.17 percent year over year (same source). Construction is Bryan's #3 industry by employment at 4,607 workers (same source) — direct supply of remodel-debris generators across the old-stock central-Bryan blocks and the newer RELLIS-adjacent build-out. Curb it before the 12:00 PM local same-day cutoff and the soft-demo pickup lands by tonight — locked online at checkout, no in-home walkthrough, no on-site re-quote, no call to, no waiting on the once-a-week Brush & Bulky route, no 16-mile self-haul run to Anderson. Book after the cutoff and the next-day slot is shown online at checkout, not after the truck rolls. The hauler texts an ETA before arrival and a photo confirmation by text when the curb is clear. Most online junk-removal services start around $79; Dropcurb keeps that floor while skipping the in-home estimate.
E-Waste Disposal
View →TVs, monitors, computers. Twin Oaks accepts e-waste at the gate but expects you to load and drive 16 miles east to Anderson. $99 to curb a TV with Dropcurb, recycling fee already included.
Exercise Equipment Removal
View →Treadmills, ellipticals, and weight benches from Lake Bryan garages and student-adjacent rentals. Too heavy for the 95-gallon cart, awkward for the bulky pile — same-day curbside instead.
Bulk Junk Removal
View →Apartment cleanouts, garage clears, post-move debris. Bryan's 22-cubic-yard weekly cap means estate-size jobs roll over to self-haul at Twin Oaks ($30/ton, $3 minimum). Dropcurb clears it from the curb in one same-day visit.
Bryan's bulk pickup has limits — we don't
Bryan's Solid Waste division (1111 Waco St.) bans furniture from the regular 95-gallon cart — couches, mattresses, and dressers route through Brush & Bulky, which runs once a week on each address's assigned route day. Set-out is by 7 a.m. (6 a.m. June–August), staged no earlier than 48 hours ahead, with a 5-foot clearance from fences, mailboxes, parked cars, fire hydrants, and utility meters, brush and bulky in separate piles, and a 22-cubic-yard / one-truckload-per-week cap per residence. Overflow self-hauls 16 miles east to the Twin Oaks Landfill (BVSWMA) on SH 30 in Anderson — MSW tips at $30/ton with a $3 minimum, and freon appliances carry +$11/unit on top. Private options price higher: The Junkluggers of Brazos Valley requires an on-site estimate at $200–$600+ volume-based; 1-800-GOT-JUNK floors at $150 with a mandatory walkthrough; BCS Junk Removal posts a $100 minimum that covers a single item, $600 for a full 15-yard haul-off, plus a half-fee for cancellations inside 24 hours. Dropcurb sticks at $79 for the first item — no estimate, no cancellation gotchas, same-day before noon.

Does Bryan offer free bulk pickup?
Yes. Bryan's Solid Waste division runs Brush & Bulky pickup once a week on each address's assigned route day (Monday–Friday). Furniture is banned from the 95-gallon cart and routes through Brush & Bulky — out by 7 a.m. (6 a.m. June–August), staged no sooner than 48 hours before, brush and bulky in separate piles, 5-foot clearance from fences, mailboxes, parked cars, fire hydrants, and utility meters. Cap of 22 cubic yards / one truckload per residence per week. Fridges, freezers, and A/Cs trigger a per-unit CFC certification fee unless pre-evacuated.

Super fast, price was great. In like 3 clicks of a button I just got a couch removed for $89 that I was gonna be charged $250 by my moving company. Great communication every step along the way, sent photos. Picked it up and removed it from curb in less than 45 minutes from booking to pickup. Was cheaper than i saw for two other services. I normally don't put this much effort into reviews but this legit was such a great customer experience from end to end. Kudos to the team for the way this business is run. Awesome price, awesome service.
This was absolutely the easiest experience I've ever had with a business. They have amazing communication including text. Pricing was extremely reasonable and service was quick. Their site is so easy to use. I was concerned this wasn't a legit company, but they absolutely are and I'm so glad I found them as I was quoted $1500 by another company in the St. Louis area. I was provided with photos from the pickup to validate that the items had been removed. Even tho I had to change the pickup date several times, I was able to easily text them to let them know I needed to change dates. Highly recommend!!!
