Coppell single family households served by Republic Services, with one city issued trash cart in a 65 or 95 gallon size at no extra cost from 1 October 2026 and an additional cart at 6.00 dollars a month.
When & how
Put the piece out with the trash and bulk collection on Monday or Thursday and out by 7 a.m. at the end of the driveway, and note that bulk moves to Thursdays when the cart system starts on 1 October 2026.
Get it ready
Keep the piece within the bulk volume limit for the collection, currently 2 cubic yards and up to 4 cubic yards once a week from 1 October 2026, and keep freon appliances and concrete out of the pile.
Trash and bulk are collected Monday and Thursday and recycling and yard trimmings on Wednesday, with everything at the end of the driveway before 7 a.m. Beginning October 1, 2026 trash stays twice weekly, recycling and yard waste stay weekly, and bulk moves to a once a week Thursday collection with up to 4 cubic yards allowed per pickup.
A residential customer may set out up to 10 bags of solid waste per service day and each bag must weigh under 40 pounds, while bulk waste such as furniture or a swing set may not exceed 2 cubic yards per collection until the Thursday bulk collection begins with its 4 cubic yard limit.
