City cost & eligibility
The monthly bulk pickup itself carries no separate published fee within its five-item limits, but bedding is not named on the bulk page, so confirm that a mattress and box spring are accepted when you complete the reservation form, or by calling Environmental Services at 972-292-5900.
When & how
Reserve the bulk pickup through the online form before noon the business day before service, and put the set out with the other bulk items once the city confirms it is accepted.
Get it ready
Keep the set dry and under the size and weight limits, which are six feet in any direction and fifty pounds each, and keep it out of the trash cart because items outside the cart are not collected.
