The load goes out by 7 a.m. on the day set and tops out at five cubic yards, with furniture, mattresses, scrap metal, trimmed lumber and non refrigerant appliances accepted, and refrigerant appliances, televisions, tires, paint, chemicals, brush and construction material refused.

Will you carry my couch out of my apartment?+
Dropcurb starts outside. Arrange for the sofa to be moved through the apartment and down interior stairs before pickup. We load and haul it away from an accessible outdoor spot. Arrange any dismantling needed to get it outside beforehand.
Do I need to wait at home for couch pickup?+

What do I need to bring for household hazardous waste?+
A driver's licence and either a recent City of Round Rock water bill or a voucher, and the load has to respect the monthly volume limit.
