Treadmill, walking pad or commercial model?
Household treadmill includes folding home models with a tall console. Choose Walking pad for a compact under-desk model, or Commercial treadmill for a large gym machine. All equipment opens those choices.
An exercise bike, elliptical or rower
Spin, upright, recumbent and air bikes all use Exercise bike, including Peloton and other brands. One elliptical includes its connected base, handles and pedals. Rowing machines and Pilates reformers have their own choices.
Weights, racks and benches
Add together the pounds of loose dumbbells, kettlebells, plates and barbells. Free weights are priced in 10 lb units, rounding the combined weight up. For example, 25 lb uses three units. Add a stand, rack or bench separately if it is going too.

Call before the machine goes out, and plan the trip to the Lindon transfer station rather than to the curb, because Orem publishes no bulky item collection.

From $13 per load of mixed waste up to 500 pounds for residents of participating cities, with $26.00 for 501 to 1000 pounds and $43.50 per ton above 1000 pounds, plus item charges such as $10.00 for the first mattress, $10.00 per additional household electronic unit and $15.00 per unit for refrigerant extraction. Residents of the district's participating cities, which include Orem, with identification required at the gate and a double charge on any uncovered or unsecured load.
Arrange it
Load and cover the material, take it to 2000 W 200 S in Lindon during open hours, bring identification and pay by card or with exact cash.
The district is closed on New Years Day, Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day, checks are no longer accepted, tires over a 24 inch rim diameter are refused at the station, and household cardboard from residents is landfilled rather than recycled.

Mixed waste including general household trash, metal items, furniture, appliances and unsorted debris, plus green waste, mattresses, electronic waste including televisions and computers, tires, concrete, brick, rock, clean soil, construction and demolition material, oil, antifreeze, batteries and household hazardous waste within the published quantities.
Identification is required to enter, Orem is a participating city on the reduced rate while non-participating cities pay more, and an uncovered or unsecured load is double charged under state law. Tires larger than a 24 inch rim diameter are refused at the station, logs and stumps over two feet in diameter go to the Fairfield landfill instead, household cardboard from residents is landfilled, and payment is by card or exact cash because checks are no longer accepted.
