When & how

Get it ready
Yard debris is limited to ten bags of leaves or grass clippings or ten bundles of sticks and limbs, tied with twine or boxed, with sticks under four feet long and under three inches in diameter, and loose piles are not collected. Keep the bulk pile inside the two item limit and clear of anything the city refuses.
The garbage and recycling carts go to the curb before 7 a.m. on the collection day, or the evening before, with the lids facing the street, and come back in after collection. Carts stay three feet apart and five feet from vehicles, trees, mailboxes, poles and fences, and go side by side rather than front to back.
Household bulk collection is by appointment only. The request has to be in by noon on the Thursday before the collection day, items go to the curb before 7 a.m. on that day, and each household is allowed two large items per collection and three collections a year.
Collection is automated and the crew does not leave the truck, so all garbage has to be inside the city cart. Items left beside the cart, including bagged extra garbage, are not collected.

Open Sectional in the sofa choices, count its structural sections, and select any sleeper or reclining feature. Count the sections with their own bases, not loose cushions. The matching catalog choice covers one complete sectional of that configuration. Text a photo before booking if you are unsure.
Will you carry my couch out of my apartment?+
Dropcurb starts outside. Arrange for the sofa to be moved through the apartment and down interior stairs before pickup. We load and haul it away from an accessible outdoor spot. Arrange any dismantling needed to get it outside beforehand.
Do I need to wait at home for couch pickup?+
You do not need to be home when your booked sofa is outside and accessible. Add photos and pickup-location notes to your order so the right pieces are easy to identify. We send updates and completion photos. Confirm any building access restrictions with us before booking.
