Every occupied residence in Puyallup has to have solid waste collection, provided through the city contract with D.M. Disposal, which also bills the account. Collection runs on the household's regular pickup day, with no pickup on Thanksgiving, Christmas or New Year's Day and a one day delay for the rest of that week after each of those holidays.
