Furniture, appliances, scrap metal, up to ten regular size tires off the rim, bagged roadside litter and dry-form paint are accepted at Keep White County Beautiful Day, which runs twice a year and requires proof of White County residency. Concrete and masonry, brush and vegetation, chemicals, batteries, electronics, liquid paints and tractor tires are refused, and electronics belong at the Recycling Center instead.
