Treadmill, walking pad or commercial model?
Household treadmill includes folding home models with a tall console. Choose Walking pad for a compact under-desk model, or Commercial treadmill for a large gym machine. All equipment opens those choices.
An exercise bike, elliptical or rower
Spin, upright, recumbent and air bikes all use Exercise bike, including Peloton and other brands. One elliptical includes its connected base, handles and pedals. Rowing machines and Pilates reformers have their own choices.
Weights, racks and benches
Add together the pounds of loose dumbbells, kettlebells, plates and barbells. Free weights are priced in 10 lb units, rounding the combined weight up. For example, 25 lb uses three units. Add a stand, rack or bench separately if it is going too.

A residential household with up to ten large items, including couches, chairs, desks, tables, mattresses, ranges, washers and dryers that a two-person crew can handle.
Cost & conditions
No charge. Three free bulky item pickups per calendar year for a residential customer, with up to ten large items in each pickup. Additional pickups may be arranged for a nominal charge that no retained page states.

Book with CR&R at (949) 520-6005 or through the online scheduling service for your regular collection day, then set the items at the curb by 6:30 a.m. that day.
Bulky items have to be manageable by a two-person crew, and residents of an HOA or a community with shared trash enclosures schedule through the HOA or property manager. Hazardous waste, electronic waste, universal waste, construction material and a unit holding Freon do not ride this collection.

A household with a vehicle load of construction debris, bulky material, furniture or a mattress.
Cost & conditions
From $15 for the public disposal fee for an auto, minivan or SUV load under 360 pounds at an Orange County landfill. Pickup trucks, utility vans and cargo vans under 880 pounds are charged $30.00, an added $15.00 applies to hard-to-handle items longer than six feet such as wood, furniture and mattresses, and vehicles carrying more than 880 pounds are charged $92.70 per ton or $107.70 per ton with hard-to-handle material. Cash, check, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Apple Pay and Google Pay are accepted.
Arrange it
Olinda Alpha Landfill is at 1942 N. Valencia Ave in Brea, open Monday through Saturday from 7 a.m. to 4 p.m. for the public, and Prima Deshecha Landfill is at 32250 Avenida La Pata in San Juan Capistrano, open Monday through Saturday from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Loads must be tarped or secured because that is the law, the landfills close on major holidays, Frank R. Bowerman Landfill allows no public disposal, and treated wood is refused at Olinda Alpha while Prima Deshecha accepts it.

Which option covers a Peloton, spin bike or recumbent bike?+
Choose Exercise bike for one stationary bike, including spin, upright, recumbent and air bikes. Peloton and other brands use the same stationary-bike choice. A treadmill, walking pad and outdoor bicycle are different items, so select their matching options.
How do I book free weights, a weight rack or a bench?+
