Treadmill, walking pad or commercial model?
Household treadmill includes folding home models with a tall console. Choose Walking pad for a compact under-desk model, or Commercial treadmill for a large gym machine. All equipment opens those choices.
An exercise bike, elliptical or rower
Spin, upright, recumbent and air bikes all use Exercise bike, including Peloton and other brands. One elliptical includes its connected base, handles and pedals. Rowing machines and Pilates reformers have their own choices.
Weights, racks and benches
Add together the pounds of loose dumbbells, kettlebells, plates and barbells. Free weights are priced in 10 lb units, rounding the combined weight up. For example, 25 lb uses three units. Add a stand, rack or bench separately if it is going too.

Get it ready
Fold or tie down the deck and handles, remove any console or battery pack so it can be handled separately, and keep the machine out of the three carts.
Use a permitted, accessible outdoor spot. Arrange the move out of your home, keep shared access clear and follow your confirmation’s readiness instructions. Check with your building about access or staging limits before booking.
A single family household with up to four items such as a mattress, box spring, sofa, chair, desk, patio furniture, table, appliance, tire or swing set.

No charge. Up to four bulky item collections per calendar year for a single family residential customer, with up to four items per pickup and no additional cost.
Arrange it
Schedule with CR&R at (714) 372-8272, then put the items out on the collection day the hauler confirms. A free pickup of pure recyclable materials such as bundles or bags of recyclables, flattened cardboard and paper can be booked the same way.
Multifamily residents arrange a collection through the property manager and pay a fee, household hazardous waste and batteries never go in a cart or a bulky pile, and construction material and a Freon unit do not ride this collection.

Which option covers a Peloton, spin bike or recumbent bike?+
Choose Exercise bike for one stationary bike, including spin, upright, recumbent and air bikes. Peloton and other brands use the same stationary-bike choice. A treadmill, walking pad and outdoor bicycle are different items, so select their matching options.
How do I book free weights, a weight rack or a bench?+
