City cost & eligibility
$12 per soft good item above 40 pounds at both the drop-off center and the curb, with a sleep sofa priced higher. Framingham household scheduling a curbside pickup, or a resident with a current drop-off permit; the curbside service fee is added on top.

Soft goods are collected curbside on Tuesday, and the drop-off center takes them during its published hours for permitted residents.
