Go to the collection facility at the Salem-Keizer transfer station, the first building on the left at 3250 Deer Park Drive SE, on a Thursday between 8 a.m. and 3:30 p.m.
Only Thursday hours, containers larger than five gallons or repeated quantities of one substance need county approval in advance, fifty five gallon drums are refused, and businesses are charged by the pound after pre registering.
